This specific initiative resulted from a need to look from inside out the organization to assess how our client was perceived as an employer, as well as the way different elements drove employees’ professional lives. The aim was to determine the people urgencies the company faced, its priorities for action and the organization’s readiness to respond to all of these respective urgencies and priorities. We worked together to create a practical plan to drive engagement.
SALES FORCE EFFECTIVENESS
For this client, we designed an integration and calibration platform that addressed all the elements impacting sales performance. The assignment involved defining the optimal situation for each essential process, an assessment of the existing situation and proposing remedies for the gaps identified. We sketched the ideal Sales Rep profile, defined the competency framework and provided additional tools to optimize the systems the sales force operated in.

Our client had an emerging talent management model, mostly focused on current performance and faced the challenge of inconsistency in line managers’ assessment of direct reports. We helped them develop their policy by designing a solid talent review cycle and optimized career rotations focused on development for key roles.
